For lesser mortals like many of us, Unknown Knowns are the unanswered questions within the purview of Knowns. We know that Amitabh Bachchan is a fantastic actor. What we donβt know within that purview is what forces him to incorporate a βhaiiinβ in his dialogues.
In corporate world the known unknown matrix is used quite often but least used within it is ' Unknown Knowns ' which you rightly identified and backed with many interesting examples. It was a different and interesting reading experience.
Hmmβ¦initially it was a bit confusing. But as I started reading the rest of the article things started getting clearer and of course the examples you gave towards the end helped in understanding the Known Unknowns. Itβs was a good read π
